Terms & Conditions

Appointments:

• Consultation Requirement: All new clients, or those who have not visited in the last six months, must schedule a consultation before booking an appointment.

• How to Book: Use the Phorest link to book your appointment.

• Booking Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling Policy: You must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.

• No Shows: If you miss your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred. Full is taken.

 

Appointment Time:

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time to ensure the completion of your service.

• If you are late, we will try to accommodate you, but your full service may not be completed. In this case, you will need to book another appointment with a new deposit.

 

No Plus Ones:

• For the safety and comfort of all staff and guests, appointments are for clients only.

• No additional guests, partners, or children are allowed during your appointment.

 

Expectations:

• Timeframe for Adjustments:

• For color services, if the result does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 1 week of your appointment.

• For extensions, adjustments can be discussed within 2 weeks of your appointment.

• Redo Policy: If eligible, we offer a complimentary redo to ensure your satisfaction.

• Refund Policy: Please note that no refunds will be provided.
